About Us
We are an integrated management, business collaborator and holding company focused on creating mid and long term opportunities in the emerging global plant sciences and Agritech space. Primarily focusing on producing fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs indoors, to provide food security in this critical time of climate change.
We are looking for partnerships or joint ventures with companies that collectively allow us to be a solution provider in growing, processing and distributing food.
We utilize the knowledge, technology and innovation learned in the cannabis and hemp industries to help solve other issues such as growing crops indoors, reducing water usage, to grow year round in a pesticide/pathogen free environment.
The risk of outdoor growing with drought, floods and excessive heat create havoc for farmers and ranchers alike. We are want to be a solution to a global problem.

Food Security
Agriculture is a rapidly changing market across the world’s global markets. Canada and the United States are two of five countries that will be counted on to produce the majority of the world’s food. Severe heat and drought is a monumental problem for agriculture with farmers pointing to burned crops or well below average yields for all crops from alfalfa to tomatoes.
Energy Security
One of the biggest challenges and the biggest input costs for indoor vertical growing is electricity or energy to heat the building and power the lights and other equipment that is utilized in the cultivation cycle.
We are actively working with a variety of energy producers to power these vertical farms irrespective of whether the energy source is oil, gas, wind, solar, geothermal or other. We need an agnostic approach, to leave no stone unturned in our goal to provide energy to assist with food insecurity.
